    FAQ

    What people usually ask us

How much does the valuation cost?

Nothing. The online valuation and the PDF report are free and carry no obligation.

Where does the data come from?

Property details come from the Spanish Land Registry (Catastro) and the price per m² from the official statistics of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, published every quarter. The aerial photo is from the National Geographic Institute.

    Is this an official appraisal?

No. It is an indicative estimate of market value. An official appraisal (for a mortgage, for example) can only be carried out by an approved appraisal company.

What do you do with my details?

We use them only to send you the valuation and, if you wish, so that a local expert can contact you. We never share them with third parties.

Why is there no automatic figure for my town?

The Ministry only publishes prices for towns with more than 25,000 inhabitants. Elsewhere, a local expert prepares your valuation personally, drawing on local knowledge.
