What data we collect and why

The property details, your plans for selling, and your name, email and phone number that you enter in the valuation tool. We use them to calculate and send you the valuation and so that our agent can contact you about it (legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request before a contract). If you tick the box, we will also send you an updated valuation every quarter (consent).

How long we keep it

For as long as there is a business relationship or until you ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 3 years since your last contact.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf within the European Union.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@tasafast.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Data sources

Property data is taken from public sources: Spanish Directorate General for Cadastre, Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, and the National Geographic Institute (IGN).
